Sell Your Old HP ProBook G7

If the HP ProBook G7 is no longer in daily use, selling it recovers value that only falls the longer it sits unused. It is listed under HP's Hp Probook Series in the Laptop / MacBook category.

This page is for selling the HP ProBook G7, a HP laptop listed under Laptop / MacBook on Cashit. The variant covered here is the 8GB + 1TB configuration. It is one of 5 listings grouped under the same model here, each with its own condition-based quote, so the figure shown reflects the exact variant chosen. The resale price is not fixed in advance: it is calculated from the condition details you provide during the assessment. Cashit arranges a free pickup and releases payment after the laptop is verified.

Search for the HP ProBook G7 on Cashit and open its page. Answer the condition questions covering how the laptop switches on, how the screen and body look, and whether anything has been repaired. A price is generated from those answers. If you accept it, choose a pickup slot; collection is free. The laptop is verified at pickup against what you described, and payment is released once that check clears.

Age and overall working condition, the state of the screen and body, and whether the device powers on and functions normally all influence the final figure. Storage and memory configuration, battery backup, keyboard and trackpad condition, hinge and body wear, and display defects such as dead pixels all matter here. Keeping the original box, charger and bill usually helps, though they are not mandatory.

This listing covers the 8GB + 1TB version of the HP ProBook G7. Configuration affects resale value, so selecting the variant you actually own matters - a higher-capacity unit generally recovers more than the base version of the same model. Other configurations listed for this model are 1TB, 256GB, 512GB; each has its own page and quote.

• Are there marks, dead pixels or backlight problems on the display?
• Is the hinge firm, and is the chassis free of dents or cracks?
• Does it boot to the desktop without errors?
• Roughly how long does the battery last on a full charge?
• Do all keys, the trackpad and the ports respond?

1. Back up your documents and move any licences you intend to reuse.
2. Sign out of your accounts and deauthorise the machine where software requires it.
3. Erase the drive and reinstall a clean operating system if you can.
4. Gather the charger, box and bill if you still have them.
5. Keep the device charged enough for verification at pickup.

Pickup is handled by Cashit's own logistics partners and the laptop is verified in front of you. Data is wiped as part of processing, but you should still sign out of your accounts and perform a factory reset before handover. Payment is released to your chosen method after verification, and the quoted amount only changes if the laptop's condition differs from what was described.
